Training Policies
Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged in full unless otherwise discussed.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the session length in order to respect scheduled appointment times and other client bookings.
Payments
Training packages and memberships must be paid in advance prior to scheduled sessions.
Session Expiration
One-time training packages are intended to be used consistently and generally expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise discussed.
Health & Illness
Clients who are experiencing illness symptoms including fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or significant cold/flu symptoms are encouraged to reschedule sessions in order to support the health and safety of both clients and coach.
Communication
Open communication regarding scheduling, injuries, health concerns, and training goals is encouraged to help create the best possible coaching experience.
Training Environment
Clients are expected to treat training spaces, equipment, and others in the environment with respect and professionalism during all sessions.
In-Home Training
In-home training sessions require a safe and appropriate training space with enough room to comfortably perform exercises and movement patterns.

Consistent attendance and communication play an important role in achieving long-term progress and sustainable results.
