Hi, I’m coach Jared. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Speacialist. I focus on helping individuals imporve their health through supportive and educational coaching with the goal of promoting confidence and lasting lifestyle changes.

Why I Coach

I know what it feels like to walk into a gym and feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or question whether you belong there at all. Fitness and nutrition can feel confusing, especially with so many conflicting opinions and approaches online. One of the most rewarding parts of coaching for me is helping people simplify that process, build confidence, and develop a better understanding of how to take care of their health long-term.

I don’t just want clients to go through the motions during a workout — I want them to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing so they can build confidence both in and outside of the gym. Seeing somebody grow stronger, move better, and become more confident over time is what makes coaching so meaningful to me.

My Approach to Training

My approach to training focuses on structured coaching, long-term progress, and meeting each client where they’re currently at. I believe that small wins add up, and that consistent progression over time creates meaningful changes in strength, movement quality, confidence, and overall health.

Training sessions are designed to support strength development, mobility, movement quality, and sustainable lifestyle change through individualized programming, education, and accountability.
